Spirit Lake Sex Offender Registration Notification Act (SORNA)
Mission Statement:
The Spirit Lake Nation recognizes the need to protect tribal members, and those that live, work, visit and go to school within the exterior boundaries of the Spirit Lake Reservation from the presence of convicted sex offenders residing on, or moving through the area.
Services:

Provide community awareness of all sexual offenders in the community

Track and monitor registered sex offenders on the reservation

Ensures that all sex offenders are in compliance with the Title 20 Spirit Lake Law and Order Code.

$30 money order required and MUST have valid form of identification
